The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience cooking on a professional line, with either experience on Grill and Saute stations or a strong desire to learn the dutes of Grill or Saute cook. Responsibilities include setting up station for the shift, executing ticket orders with accuracy and efficiency, communicating with lead cook to ensure proper timing, station prep assignments, and breaking down and thorough cleaning at end of shift.
