The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn a variety of baking and pastry techniques from production to finishing work. Responsibilities include assisting Pastry Chef in producing breads, pastries, dessert components, ice creams & sorbets, and sauces, packaging items for storage & transport, and helping clean the space at end of shift. Some foundational skills and a background in baking and pastry are preferred. Mid-week availability in the afternoon/early evening are required. This is a part-time position - 16-20 hours per week.
